Reservation and Payment
Note: The Reservation Form, Liability Release Agreement, Travel Insurance Acceptance and Terms & Conditions listed here apply only to tours arranged by Eko Tracks such as Customized Tours (Customized Tours, Fly-in Safaris and Special Interest Tours). All other tours, study abroad programs and volunteer programs sold by Eko Tracks have their own separate registration forms and Terms & Conditions.
We are delighted with your decision to join Eko Tracks on an Africa tour. Please read the Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully before signing up for a tour. To apply for a place on a tour, please complete and sign the first two listed forms and mail them with a deposit to Eko Tracks. The address is indicated at the bottom of each form. The Travel Insurance Acceptance form must be completed, signed and returned to Eko Tracks before or on the due date for final payment, 2 months prior to departure.
Upon receipt of these documents and subject to availability, a confirmation containing a Letter of Notification and the Tour Dossier will be sent to you.
Payments
Payments can be made by bank transfers or personal checks made payable to Eko Tracks in US Dollar. Please indicate the tour you are paying for on the Memo line.
